The Chamber of Commerce of Salamanca organizes free workshops for anyone interested in various topics. Enrique Santero, from Alaiz Foods had the opportunity to participate as a lecturer in two courses: the first one “How to organize your sales department” and the second one “Learn how to create your sales manual”, respectively on 30.05 and 06.06. 

The first course had the objectives of learning how to create a strategic and operative plan for the company, how to organize a sales department, how to create a sales manual, how to negotiate and work with large accounts and how to organize fairs, trips and mansions efficiently. 

The second course focused on learning how to create a sales manual to improve the results of a sales department and to learn the functionalities of the sales manual.
