
Last week we were in Barcelona for the Alimentaria Fair and on Monday 4th we held an event where we gathered various suppliers with the objective to taste food & wine and to network.
Part of the event was organised in order to showcase the products from our suppliers: wines, cheese, meats, almonds and olive oil. After spending some time networking we had the pleasure to have two chefs cooking in front of our guests. They cooked 4 “tapas” using the products of our suppliers and did a show-cooking where they explained every aspect of the products and its procedure while cooking.
The four tapas were made to mix all the ingredients in order to create a tasteful experience. Every “tapa” was paired with a specific wine.
